Homologation Begins
Alisons initiated a partnership with Applus Idiada to serve as the homologation partners for E-Bus 1.0. The comprehensive testing of E-Bus 1.0 and its subsequent iterations will take place at the Applus Idiada proving grounds in Catalunya, Spain, encompassing both digital and physical evaluations.

Dubai RTA/PTA Letter of Intent
Alisons starts the structural design phase following an order from the Public Transport Agency of the Dubai Road and Transport Authority. This order involved retrofitting 300 Solaris Urbino 18 articulated units with significant structural changes. The retrofit model resulted in an initial greenhouse gas reduction of 42,000 metric tonnes (mt) and an additional 45,000 mt over the 10-year lifecycle of the buses.

Electric Retrofits
E-Bus in its early stages of development focused on the testing and development on the electrification of fossil fuel busses for public transport agencies. Retrofit models offered substantial carbon offsets, and outperformed their OEM electrified counterparts.
